Bikaner, 30 July 2025 — The dissatisfaction with the Maharaja Ganga Singh University (MGSU), Bikaner semester system has intensified as more than 200 students from multiple faculties collectively emailed the university administration demanding urgent academic reforms. Students highlighted serious issues such as delayed MGSU results, last-minute exam timetables, irregular classes, and poor academic management, which they claim are affecting their studies, admissions, and competitive exam preparation. Led by National Parshuram Sena Sangh Bikaner District President Arjun Panchariya Sindhu, the email campaign aims to draw attention to the severe flaws in the current semester system and push the university toward greater transparency and accountability.

Serious Allegations Against MGSU Bikaner | Arjun Panchariya Sindhu Raises Student Issues

Students mentioned that MGSU semester results are often declared months after the exams, creating uncertainty and disrupting academic planning. Many students also complained that the MGSU exam time-table is announced at the last moment, causing unnecessary stress and making systematic preparation impossible. Another major concern is the lack of regular classroom teaching, which undermines the core objective of the semester-based education model. Students believe that the university introduced the semester system without ensuring the necessary infrastructure, faculty availability, or administrative clarity.

Key Student Issues

Students raised four central problems in their collective email:

  • Delayed semester results affecting academic progress
  • Last-minute release of exam schedules
  • Irregular classes across major departments
  • Lack of transparent academic administration

What Students Are Demanding

In their email, students urged the university to:

  • Declare results within a fixed and transparent timeline
  • Release the exam timetable at least 30 days before examinations
  • Ensure consistent classroom teaching in all faculties
  • Establish a dedicated student grievance and helpdesk portal

University Response Awaited

The mass email campaign, involving over 200 students, reflects widespread dissatisfaction across the university. Arjun Panchariya Sindhu stated that the initiative is a peaceful attempt to make the administration aware of student struggles and ensure a more accountable and student-friendly academic environment at MGSU Bikaner. As of now, the university administration has not issued any official response, and students are waiting to see whether meaningful steps will be taken to improve the semester system and overall academic quality.
