We are looking for a responsible and skilled person from Bikaner who can work on different projects, understand assigned responsibilities, and complete tasks with accuracy and within the given timeline.

This is a project-based work opportunity, suitable for someone who is comfortable working independently, following instructions, managing deadlines, and handling different types of assignments professionally.

Role & Responsibilities

The selected person will be responsible for:

- Working on different assigned projects
- Understanding project requirements and completing them properly
- Managing assigned tasks from start to completion
- Following project guidelines and instructions
- Maintaining accuracy and quality in every task
- Completing work within the given deadline
- Making required corrections or improvements when needed
- Handling multiple tasks depending on project requirements
- Coordinating properly regarding ongoing work and project updates
- Maintaining consistency and professionalism in all assigned work

The nature of work may vary from project to project, so the person should be comfortable learning new processes and handling different responsibilities.

Experience Required

The applicant should have at least 5–6 months of practical work experience in project handling, task execution, digital work, operations, or a similar field.

We are looking for someone who can understand instructions quickly and complete work without requiring repeated guidance for every small step.

Previous experience in managing projects, working with computers, handling digital tasks, or completing deadline-based assignments will be preferred.

15-Day Training Period

Every selected candidate will first go through a 15-day training period.

During this period, you will be introduced to:

- Our working process
- Project requirements
- Task handling methods
- Quality standards
- Work submission process
- Communication and reporting system
- Deadline management
- Different types of assignments

The purpose of this training period is to help you understand the work properly and evaluate whether you can handle future projects independently.

There will be no payment or earning during the training period.

After successfully completing the training and meeting the required work standards, you may start receiving regular paid projects and tasks.

Earnings & Payment Structure

This is not a fixed-salary position.

Your earnings will depend on the type of project, workload, task complexity, and successful completion of assigned work.

Each task or project may have a different payment amount depending on its requirements.

The better your performance and consistency, the more opportunities you may receive to work on additional projects.

Performance Bonus

Apart from regular project-based payments, additional bonuses may also be provided for excellent performance.

You may become eligible for an extra performance bonus if:

- All assigned tasks are completed successfully
- Work is submitted within the deadline
- Quality standards are maintained
- Instructions are followed properly
- Minimum corrections are required
- Overall project performance remains consistently good

Good performers may also receive priority for future projects and additional earning opportunities.
