Rajasthan Scholarship 2026-27: UG PG College Students के लिए Merit Based Scholarship List, Eligibility व Apply Link
Rajasthan Scholarship 2026 : 28 अगस्त 2026 की स्थिति के अनुसार सरकारी पोर्टल, Rajasthan Government Higher Education/SJE, NSP और private scholarship providers की current pages को cross-check किया है। नीचे मैंने केवल वे योजनाएँ प्राथमिक सूची में रखी हैं जिनके आवेदन अभी खुले हैं या provider की current site पर “Applications Open” दिख रहा है। जहाँ कोई scholarship केवल special category/course/institute के लिए है, वह भी साफ़ लिखा है।
एक जरूरी बात: “Merit Based” और “Merit-cum-Means” अलग हैं। Merit-based में मुख्य आधार शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन होता है; merit-cum-means में अच्छे अंक के साथ पारिवारिक आय/आर्थिक स्थिति भी देखी जाती है।

इन सभी schemes को NSP स्वयं “Merit Based Scheme” के रूप में दिखा रहा है और portal academic year 2026–27 के लिए 1 जून 2026 से खुला है। Rajasthan का विद्यार्थी आवेदन कर सकता है यदि उस particular scheme की caste/course/institute/family/service-category eligibility पूरी करता हो। (National Scholarship Portal)
PM-USP Central Sector Scholarship — ध्यान दें
बहुत विद्यार्थी इसे Central Sector Scholarship for College & University Students (CSSS) के नाम से जानते हैं। लेकिन अभी NSP इसे Renewal Applications के लिए खुला दिखा रहा है; fresh applicant को मैं current-open fresh list में शामिल नहीं कर रहा। NSP announcements में renewal closing date 31 October 2026 बताई गई है, जबकि scheme listing में 30 September दिखाई देने की inconsistency भी है। Existing beneficiary हो तो portal पर तुरंत check करें। (National Scholarship Portal)
और National Scholarship for Post Graduate Studies अभी “NOT YET OPENED” दिख रही है। इसलिए कोई website यदि अभी इसका fresh form चालू बता रही हो तो उस पर भरोसा न करें। (National Scholarship Portal)
2. Private Merit / Merit-cum-Means Scholarships — अभी Open
1) Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship 2026–27
यह इस समय सबसे अच्छी PAN-India private scholarships में से एक है। First-year regular full-time UG students, किसी भी stream से आवेदन कर सकते हैं। 5,000 UG scholarships दी जानी हैं और सहायता degree duration में ₹2 लाख तक है। Reliance इसे meritorious students के लिए चलाता है। आवेदन 14 अगस्त 2026 से खुले हैं। (Reliance Foundation)

UG basic eligibility: First year, regular full-time UG; Class 12 में कम-से-कम 60%; household-income criterion भी लागू है; aptitude test mandatory है।

2) Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship 2026–27
यह सामान्य MA/MCom जैसे हर PG course के लिए नहीं है। मुख्य रूप से Engineering, Technology, Energy, Life Sciences तथा notified future-ready programmes के first-year PG students के लिए है।
Eligibility में generally GATE score 550–1000, या GATE न होने पर UG CGPA 7.5 या उससे अधिक/equivalent जैसी academic conditions हैं। यह scholarship provider के अनुसार merit basis पर दी जाती है। सहायता ₹6 लाख तक है और 100 PG scholars चयनित होंगे। (Reliance Foundation Scholarships)

Amount: Up to ₹6,00,000
Rajasthan: हाँ, eligible institute/course में पढ़ रहे Rajasthan students apply कर सकते हैं।

3) SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026–27
यह UG और PG दोनों के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। SBI Foundation की official 2026–27 site अभी live है।
Application Start: 22 जुलाई 2026
Last Date: 19 सितंबर 2026
UG: Up to ₹75,000/year
PG: Up to ₹2.50 lakh/year
इसके अलावा MBBS, IIT, IIM आदि के अलग tracks भी हैं। (SBI Foundation – ASHA Platform)
Core criteria में higher education के लिए family income सामान्यतः ₹6 लाख तक, और कम-से-कम 75% / 7.0 CGPA है; SC/ST candidates को marks में relaxation है। UG category में eligible/NIRF institution requirement भी है। Selection academic performance और financial background के आधार पर होता है। (SBI Foundation – ASHA Platform)

यह form जरूर check करें, खासकर अच्छे marks वाले UG/PG students।
4) HDFC Bank Parivartan ECSS Programme 2026–27
यह BA, BSc, BCom जैसे general UG, BTech/MBBS/LLB/Nursing जैसे professional UG तथा MA, MCom, MTech, MBA आदि PG तक cover करता है।
Last Date: 31 अगस्त 2026 — बहुत कम समय बचा है
Official/current programme page एक single opening date स्पष्ट नहीं करता, इसलिए मैं अनुमानित start date नहीं दे रहा। Portal अभी active है। (Parivartan Ecss)

- Previous qualifying exam में कम-से-कम 55%
- Family income ₹2.5 लाख या कम
- Indian national
- Recognised college/university

BA/BSc/BCom/MA/MCom students के लिए यह आपकी सूची की सबसे important current scholarships में से एक है।
5) Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2026–27
यह केवल meritorious girl students के लिए है और professional UG courses के लिए बहुत strong option है।
Start: 14 जुलाई 2026
Last Date: 15 अक्टूबर 2026
Amount: ₹1.5 lakh per year, professional graduation पूरा होने तक renewal conditions के साथ। (Kotak Education Foundation)
Main eligibility:
- Girl student, पूरे India से
- Class 12 में 75%+
- Annual family income ₹6 लाख से कम
- 2026–27 में first-year professional graduation
- Engineering, MBBS, Integrated LLB, Integrated BS-MS/Research, Design, Architecture आदि

6) Swami Dayanand Education Foundation — India Scholarship 2026–27
यह first-year professional undergraduate students के लिए PAN-India merit-cum-means scholarship है।
Start: 15 अगस्त 2026

Foundation साफ लिखता है कि selection में academic achievement, financial need, family circumstances और application authenticity देखी जाती है। Scholarship renewable भी हो सकती है। (Swami Dayanand Education Foundation)
SDEF India Scholarship Official 2026-27
7) Legrand Empowering Scholarship 2026–27
यह खासकर first-year graduation कर रही girl students तथा special-category students के लिए है।
General category:
- Girl student across India
- First-year graduation
- Class 10 और 12 में 80%+
- Family income ₹5 लाख से कम
- सहायता: annual course fee का 80%, ₹80,000/year तक. (Legrand Scholarship)
Special category में PwD, LGBTQ+, orphan/single-parent आदि students के लिए सामान्यतः 70% marks criterion और सहायता ₹1 लाख/year तक है। (Legrand Scholarship)

Current closing date: 07 सितंबर 2026, current implementation-partner information के अनुसार। Provider page कोई स्पष्ट single opening date नहीं दिखाता, इसलिए start date fabricate नहीं कर रहा। (Scholarlify)

8) O.P. Jindal Engineering & Management Scholarship — OPJEMS 2026
यह पूरी तरह merit/academic leadership-oriented scholarship है, लेकिन हर student directly eligible नहीं होता। Participating institutes के toppers/nominated students के लिए है। राजस्थान के लिए अच्छी बात यह है कि MNIT Jaipur participating institutes में है। (Opjems)

9) Rupa Rahul Bajaj Scholarship for Women in Engineering 2026–27
यह meritorious first-year female engineering students के लिए है और select top engineering colleges में लागू है।
Applications opened: लगभग 01 अगस्त 2026 से current institute notices में applications open दिखाई गईं।

Provider इसे first-year meritorious female students enrolled in selected top engineering colleges के लिए बताता है। Scholarship में financial assistance के साथ mentorship/industry exposure भी है। (Rupal Rahul Bajaj Scholarship)

10) Bharti Airtel Scholarship 2026–27
Official Bharti Airtel Foundation website पर “Applications now open for 2026-27” दिख रहा है। यह merit-cum-means scholarship है। (Bharti Airtel Foundation)
Eligibility:
- First-year UG/5-year integrated technology/engineering programme
- latest Top-50 NIRF Engineering institutes
- Electronics, Communication, Telecom, IT, CS, Data Science, Aerospace, AI/ML/IoT/Robotics आदि
- family income ₹8 लाख या कम. (Bharti Airtel Foundation)
Benefit बहुत बड़ा है: 100% annual tuition fee, eligible students के लिए hostel/mess support और laptop भी। (Bharti Airtel Foundation)
लेकिन एक महत्वपूर्ण verification point: current official page अभी closing deadline को स्पष्ट text में नहीं दिखा रही, इसलिए मैं पुरानी July/August third-party date को current last date बनाकर नहीं दे रहा।

3. Rajasthan Government की अभी खुली बड़ी Scholarship — लेकिन pure Merit नहीं
Rajasthan Post-Matric Scholarship 2026–27
यह आपके लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि यह सीधे Rajasthan Government SJE की scholarship है। लेकिन इसे pure merit scholarship कहना सही नहीं होगा; यह मुख्यतः category + income + course/institution eligibility पर आधारित है।
Student applications start: 15 अगस्त 2026
Last Date: 31 अक्टूबर 2026. Rajasthan SJE ने 2026–27 portal opening order 31 July 2026 को जारी किया है। (SJE Rajasthan)
इसमें Rajasthan domicile के eligible SC, ST, OBC, MBC, EBC, DNT तथा अन्य notified categories/schemes के recognized government/private institutions में पढ़ने वाले post-matric/college students शामिल हो सकते हैं। Scheme-wise income limits लागू हैं।

4. Azim Premji Scholarship — 31 अगस्त deadline, लेकिन Merit Based नहीं
इसे मैं आपकी main merit table में जानबूझकर नहीं रख रहा क्योंकि Foundation के FAQ में स्पष्ट लिखा है कि यह merit के आधार पर award नहीं होती। फिर भी Rajasthan की college girls के लिए यह बहुत अच्छी current opportunity है। (Azim Premji Foundation)

Last Date: 31 अगस्त 2026
Amount: ₹30,000 प्रति वर्ष, first UG degree/diploma की पूरी अवधि तक।
Eligibility में girl student ने Class 10 और 12 दोनों eligible state के government school/college से regular रूप से पास की हों और 2026–27 में first-year recognised UG degree/diploma में admission लिया हो। Rajasthan explicitly eligible states में शामिल है। (Azim Premji Foundation)

BA/BSc/BCom/MA/MSc/MCom वालों के लिए सबसे relevant कौन-सी हैं?
यदि विद्यार्थी सामान्य Rajasthan college में BA/BSc/BCom/MA/MSc/MCom कर रहा है, तो सारी ऊपर की scholarships उसके काम की नहीं होंगी क्योंकि कई engineering, agriculture, caste या special-institute based हैं।
आपके बताए सामान्य college students के लिए मेरी priority इस समय होगी:
HDFC Parivartan ECSS → UG + PG general courses, 55%+, last 31 Aug.
SBI Asha → UG/PG, अच्छे marks और eligible institution होने पर, last 19 Sep.
Reliance UG → first-year UG किसी भी stream में, last 5 Oct.
Reliance PG → केवल eligible STEM/Life Science PG courses.
Rajasthan Post-Matric → category/income eligible UG/PG, last 31 Oct.
Kotak Kanya → professional UG girls, 75%+, last 15 Oct.
Azim Premji → first-year Rajasthan girls meeting govt-school conditions, last 31 Aug; लेकिन merit-based नहीं।
NSP Top Class/YASASVI/SC/ST/ICAR/Pragati → respective category/course eligibility होने पर, mostly last 31 Oct.
जिन पर अभी भरोसा करके fresh form न भरें

Rajasthan Swami Vivekanand Scholarship for Academic Excellence: DCE में 2026–27 opening संबंधी notice मौजूद है, लेकिन current online page Indian Universities के लिए 10 August 2026 की last date भी दिखा रहा है। इस conflicting official information के कारण मैंने इसे “अभी open” सूची में शामिल नहीं किया है। (Rajasthan HTE)
मुख्यमंत्री उच्च शिक्षा छात्रवृत्ति योजना: Rajasthan DCE की scholarship list में scheme मौजूद है, लेकिन मुझे 28 August तक 2026–27 की स्पष्ट fresh current application window आधिकारिक portal पर नहीं मिली; इसलिए इसे भी open नहीं बताया है। (Rajasthan HTE)
सबसे urgent अभी HDFC ECSS और Azim Premji — दोनों 31 अगस्त 2026, फिर Legrand 7 सितंबर, Rupa Rahul Bajaj और OPJEMS 15 सितंबर, SBI 19 सितंबर, Reliance 5 अक्टूबर, Kotak Kanya 15 अक्टूबर, तथा ज्यादातर NSP schemes 31 अक्टूबर 2026 हैं।
